Terms & Conditions
1. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the event
2. Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable (except in the event of total cancellation of the event in which case only the face value of the ticket will be refunded)
3. The Organisers are not liable for any loss, damage to or theft of tickets
4. Admission to the event is at the ticket holders own risk - the Organisers and venues are not liable for loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises
5. Any person found harassing the guests, behaving unlawfully, disrupting the event or causing a nuisance to other event goers will be ejected without refund
6. Children must be aged 16 or under at April 19th 2024 & proof must be provided to qualify for a child rate
7. All children aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Unaccompanied minors will be refused access to the event
8. Disabled carers must provide the name of the person they will be accompanying and the Organisers reserve the right to request proof of disability from that person
9. All guests appear subject to work & personal commitments. You are buying a ticket for the event & not to see any individual guest therefore cancellation by a guest will not entitle you to a refund
10. In the event of cancellation of the event One More Shot are not liable for any other costs you may incur
11. Guests reserve the right to refuse to sign unlicensed items of merchandise
12. By attending the event all ticket holders consent to filming & audio recording as part of the audience
13. There will be no videoing of any kind for any of the activities taking place in the main hall at the request of the artists - anyone found violating this could be subject to ejection with no refund
14. Photography will not be permitted at any time during the Meet & Greet, Photo Ops, Autographs and Question and Answer sessions
15. Photography will only be permitted during the first 3 songs of each artists set and any encores. We ask that you respect this request from the artists and allow your fellow attendees around you to enjoy the show without having to look through or around a camera lens or phone
16. Please note that at the request of the artists, and in keeping with other music venues, professional cameras (typically but not limited to those with removable lens) , GoPros (or similar) and tablets (for photographic use) will not be allowed into the performance area
17. Respectfully we ask that if you take photographs or video of the artists outside of the main hall then please seek their permission before posting publicly
